Services
Consultations, and Courses

Refunds:
Refunds for consultations, and courses will be provided if a cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or course start date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or course start date are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule your session or course to a later date.

Rescheduling:
Sessions and courses can be rescheduled at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee.

No-shows:
No-shows for scheduled sessions or courses are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Products
Digital Products (eBooks, Online Courses, etc.)

Refunds:
Refunds for digital products are available within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for a refund.

We may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
